**Head of Growth - Complex Care & Supported Living**

**Location**: Flexible/Remote with Travel

**Engagement**: Full-time or Consultancy

**iCare Living** is a specialist complex care and supported living provider operating across the Midlands and North of England, known for delivering high-quality, CQC regulated care.

We do not operate as a traditional domiciliary care provider offering pop-in visits. Our focus is on delivering specialist high-acuity, regulated complex care and supported living services.

We’re on track to scale to £10M+ and beyond — and we’re looking for someone with the proven track record to help get us there.

We are now seeking a Head of Growth — a senior, outcome-focused professional with:

- A proven history of growing revenue in health & social care
- Direct experience in supported living and / or complex care
- Success in winning tenders, frameworks, and developing referral pipelines
- Confidence to operate independently, with mínimal supervision
- Strong alignment to values: integrity, accountability, zero ego, long-term mindset

**What You’ll Do**:

- Identify and win new supported living and complex care packages
- Expand referral relationships across Local Authorities, ICBs, and private clients
- Lead and execute tender bids with measurable success
- Drive commercial opportunities to support new service lines
- Work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team to shape the company’s national growth strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance

Pay: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
