As a Spa Attendant, you will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all Lakeview Spa guests, ensuring the smooth running of the spa facilities and delivering the best possible experience.

You will ensure that bookings and queries for spa guests are dealt with efficiently and booking opportunities are maximised to ensure profitability for the spa whilst maintaining the highest level of guest care.

Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring all Spa guests are greeted in a bright, professional and friendly manner and ensuring their requests/queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard. Escalating any issues to the Spa Manager.
- Providing a refreshment service to spa guests throughout the day and ensuring all spa areas are clean and presentable at all times.
- Ensuring all guests and visitors adhere to spa health and safety rules and regulations.
- Flexibility to assist in other departments as required.

**Essential requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Good standard of education
- Confidence in dealing with guest enquiries

**Desirable requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Beauty / Spa knowledge
