Support Worker / Bolton / Care Leavers

We are actively seeking Support Workers to work within an award winning service located in central Bolton. The service is a bespoke specialist service for people who are aged from 16 - 21, care leavers. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.

The main house offers a large comfortable lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, quiet room and conservatory as well as a meeting area and activities room.

**Overview**:

- Title: Care Leavers Support Worker
- Location: Bolton
- Job Type: Permanent
- Shifts: 10am-10pm sleep (1 on 2 off)
- Pay: £10.00 - £12.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Immediate starts available

What you’ll be doing as a Support Worker

What you’ll need to be successful as a Support Worker
- A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with Learning disabilities
- Empathetic, caring and resilient nature
- At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
