**Salary - Up to £65,000.**
We have a brand-new role for a Lead BI Analyst which can be offered on a largely remote basis.
This role offers an opportunity to help define this organisation's reporting process. You will work alongside senior members of the organisation such as the Head of Data Science to deliver dynamic analytical insight across the business.
They are offering a mostly remote working pattern with some very occasional travel to the office when needed.
**The Company**
This is a growing company who have had a very good financial performance over the last couple of years and as such, there has been a high level of investment within the data team. They have grown in both number as well as technical capability and they havebeen adopting and implementing new systems to improve the analytical reporting and capability within the company.
**The Role**
In this position, you will lead the analytics team as they embark on their company-wide data transformation process. You will be responsible for approving and managing the tools used by your team to make data-driven decisions. You will play an essentialpart in the organisation's migration to a more advanced analytical reporting process,
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the analytics team as they embark on their Data Transformation process.
- Work alongside the architecture team to ensure that data across the organisation is readily available to those who need it
- Train the team's Data Analysts to a suitable standard.
- Utilise critical insight to effectively uncover patterns and trends that may have been missed by other members of the team.
- Support stakeholders across the organisation as they engage with the team analytical outputs, use their feedback to improve and enhance your processes.
- Take charge of existing data models that are used in the reporting function, making sure that the Data Analysts within the team are able to make use of them.
- Manage existing data models so that they can be used across the wider organisation.
- Identify new points/sources of data that could improve the overall performance of the organisation as a whole
**Requirements**:
- SQL
- PowerBI (would be ideal), Tableau or SSRS
- Dax
- Experience Managing/Leading a Team
