Traffic Clerk

Top Jobs Group are looking to appoint a full-time Transport Administrator for an exciting Logistics Company based in Dartford Crossing.

** Temp to Perm **
- **£16.18 per hour**:

- **HOURS - TUESDAY TO SATURDAY - 2PM TO 10PM**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering incoming calls, providing the first line of the customer care function and delivery crews.
- Outbound calls to customers
- Carry out and maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant company documentation and reporting.
- Support and cover administration tasks for other departments when required.
- Ensure the Depot and office environment is maintained, ordering stationary and ensuring the office environment is kept in a safe and hygienic manor.
- Any other administration tasks required.
- You’ll need to be able to work as part of a small team, in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll need to have strong ICT skills, and be able to communicate with a wide range of different people.
- Experience in planning work for a fleet of vehicles would be very useful, but is not essential.
- Some warehouse duties when required.

- A professional appearance and attitude at times
- Proactive and supportive team player.
- Have excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
