**Description**:
It’s an exciting time to join the Marketing team here at AXA Health, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us on our journey we're looking for a talented individual to join the team. Working in the Strategic Marketing Communications Team, as Content & Campaign Executive you'll be responsible for developing engaging, insight-driven, consumer content and supporting campaign delivery that powers our external communications plans across media channels. Ultimately, driving awareness, consideration or conversion of our brand, products and services.

At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. For this role, we're looking for someone to come into the office for one day minimum per week.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work with the Content Manager to create, curate and commission content that can power our full-funnel integrated marketing plans across earned, owned, paid and shared channels.
- Work alongside the Content Manager in evolving our content formats in line with audience insight and become a lead expert in at least two content formats (e.g. articles, video, visual storytelling)
- Bring our brand campaigns to life through creative storytelling and content
- for example, using Feelgood Health stories that engage and inspire across our channels
- Take a lead role in the development of our product storytelling content plans, working with the Content Manager, proposition owners and business experts
- Work as part of an integrated comms and campaign team to develop, implement and evaluate content strategies to contribute towards driving our marketing goals, collaborating closely with colleagues across digital, growth marketing, customer experience and health experts as well as working with agency partners to challenge and make reccomendations to maximise impact
- Contribute to the planning of an ‘always on’ content calendar to power our media channels (PR, social, campaigns), commissioning, writing and editing content as required
- Manage and optimise content e.g. work with our SEO manager to optimise our website and YouTube content to drive performance and work closely with our health experts to make sure existing health and wellbeing web content is up to date, managing reviews and amends as necessary.
- Support the Campaign Manager and project teams with integrated campaign coordination as required, drawing on your strong organisation and stakeholder management skills to prioritise, navigate project challenges and escalate risks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong editorial skills, passionate about creating engaging, human content/ copy that drives interest and action.
- Knowledge of how to build content and campaign dashboards using GA and interpret them to improve performance.
- Experience of briefing and working with external creative agencies.
- Experience building and managing a range of internal and external stakeholders, drawing on your strong communications skills. For example influencer partnerships, agency partner collaborations, internal business experts.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills, able to calmly juggle multiple priorities
- Creative, culturally curious and adept at uncovering audience insight that can power our content plans.
- Brand literate with an understanding of the importance of our brand in building our stories.
- Ideally some campaign project management experience e.g. you may have worked as part of an integrated team on the development of campaign assets, or you may have lead a specific element of a campaign.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
