We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate who has completed a Chemistry Degree to be part of a great team and looking to transfer their skills and knowledge to the working world.
- This role provides you with lots of progression opportunities, learning all aspects of the business and their chemistry products in a sales and distribution environment.
- You will start as a Receptionist where you will liaise with colleagues, customers and visitors and provide administrative support to different departments when required. Once you're fully confident you'll then move on to another department where you'll learn the ropes.
- Responsibilities include:
- Organise and distribute incoming post
- Prepare and book meetings
- Monitor the sales mailbox and forward messages
- Meet and greet; sign in visitors
- Take messages and relay back to the relevant member of staff
You will be provided with training for this role to learn the company's computer systems, CRM and product knowledge.
- Skills Required:
- Chemistry Degree
- IT literate with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised
- Good attention to detail
