**Blow Moulding Technician**

**Bellshill - Glasgow**

**Full-Time (4 on 4 off shifts)**

**Salary: £39,650.15 annually**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate blow moulding equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and optimize machine performance.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators.
- Report and resolve any safety or quality incidents.
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Technical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, ONC Manufacturing Engineering, NVQ 3 Manufacturing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a blow moulding or plastics manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Confident with IT.
- Ability to work shifts.
- Attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player.
