The role available here is for a commercial associate to join the well experienced and friendly team in Guildford. This firm had learnt a lot from the COVID-19 situation and is extremely keen to carry on the teachings that were there to be had. For thisreason, the firm is maintaining its hybrid and agile working approach, working 60% of time in the office and 40% remotely.

The role is to support the Real Estate Group in a wide range of commercial and Real Estate transactional work including Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial leases, investment and disposal transactions, including portfolio transactions. As the employer in question is such a high level firm, it is important that you as an individual have the right drive and mentality to maintain the high standards that its clients have come to expect.

As an individual, you must:

- Be a newly qualified Associate with previous experience in a Real Estate trainee seat
- Although not essential, it would be desirable to have some experience of both commercial and residential leasehold property work
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Have technical expertise, of both commercial and mixed use real estate including in research of difficult matters
- Good team working and interpersonal skills
- Be confident in both verbal and written communication with a diverse range of clients

The salary for this role is negotiable upon interview but this employer offers some of the most competitive salaries in the market.
