**Salary**:£53,650 with potential to rise to £63,118 over 3 years**

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a **People Partner** to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced **People Partner** who will work with senior leaders in the Directorate to develop strategic people plans that enable the delivery of business goals.
**Every day you will **
- Support the design and implementation of great people partnering practices across the organisation.
- Partner with the Executive Director and their Senior Leadership Team, within their Directorate to develop and implement a strategic people plan to support the delivery of overall business goals.
- Becoming a trusted advisor and critical friend to the Executive team; to coach and challenge their thinking to deliver excellent people solutions, in collaboration with the wider People and Engagement Directorate Teams.
- Provide specialist, best practice People advice to leaders to enable the delivery of people strategies, projects, and change initiatives.
- Enable Directorate alignment to corporate organisation principles.
- Be future focussed and able to shape the People Strategy for their assigned directorate

**What skills will help you thrive in this role?**
- Level 7 CIPD qualified, or equivalent level of experience
- Significant experience in and proven track record of people partnering, at a Board and Executive level within a large organisation.
- Previous experience in introducing business/people partnering with a strong focus on enabling strategic delivery and proven experience in transforming people delivery.
- Significant experience working with business leaders to deliver large transformational change programmes
- Workforce planning capability - to design effective people strategies to maximise the effectiveness of people budgets considering the breadth of available talent development and acquisition options.
- Credible, professional, and articulate; able to bring their own experience and style of thinking to coach and influence decision-making
- Commercial thinker, able to solve problems and implement people-focussed solutions with ease
- Significant experience of Partnering at Director/Head of level needed to challenge and support thinking that shape the formation and delivery of Directorate People Plans.
