Overview:
Lambert Sports Clinic is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sports Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on expanding and developing our sports therapy department. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sports therapy, has a strong desire to grow within the clinic, and is eager to take initiative in driving the department’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality sports therapy services to a diverse range of clients, including athletes, adults, and children.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Take an active role in expanding the sports therapy department, including developing new programs, services, and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with clinic policies.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and post-treatment care to maximise long-term health benefits.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to raise awareness of the sports therapy services offered at the clinic.

Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Registration with a relevant professional body.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sports therapy, preferably in a clinical or sports setting.
- Strong manual therapy skills and experience with a variety of treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to contribute to the growth of the department.
- Passion for sports, health, and wellness, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
