As a **Vehicle Technician** you will be an important member the dynamic workshop team, carrying out service and repair work in a timely manner following the manufacturer guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To contribute to the success of the workshop by maintaining a high standard of work with quality as the overriding consideration.
- Using the variety of tools and equipment available to you to service and repair a range of vehicles.
- Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Using the O.E.M. training that will be provided inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
- Take responsibility for your immediate working environment to ensure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained at all times.
- Advise customers on vehicle use and explain the work carried out; with the guidance of other team members when required.
**Key Requirements**:
- Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- O.E.M/Brand Qualifications desired but not essential - full training provided
- MOT Qualified preferred; but not essential
- A willingness to complete further training when required.
- Full, clean driving license (essential).
- Own tools (desirable but not essential).
