We have an exciting opportunity at Barham Care centre in Suffolk for a Therapy Assistant Practitioner post working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

As part of the therapy service, you will provide high quality, evidence-based care for residents.. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating exercise and education programmes according to the needs of the individuals.

The role is based in Barham care centre under the supervision of a qualified therapist.

As a team player, you will be working within the Service which operates across Two care homes. You will have considerable experience of working with residents with complex healthcare or rehabilitation needs and you will able to demonstrate clinical reasoning skills, to enable you to assess and treat residents within service protocols without immediate direct supervision.

About the Job
- Work as part of an integrated team providing therapy and rehabilitation.
- Work as part of the team to deliver the face to Face rehab programmes including assessment of patients and supervision of group exercise classes.
