Plymouth, United Kingdom Placement Professionals Full time

**Pop-Up Events & Promotions Assistant**
**NEW EXPANSION - Plymouth**

**Full Time - Immediate Start Available**

Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments?

Are you creative and able to bring new ideas to the table?

Maybe you’re looking for a new challenge?

If so, we have an opportunity that might be perfect for you.

We’re working with a rapidly expanding client in Plymouth that specialises in brand activation, customer engagement, and dynamic promotions. They are currently looking for a Pop-Up Events & Promotions Assistant to join their passionate team and help bring their campaigns to life. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to break into the events or sales industry, especially if you're confident, creative, and enthusiastic about working with the public.

**About your Role as a Pop-Up Events & Promotions Assistant**:
As a Pop-Up Events & Promotions Assistant, your role will be based in various high-footfall locations such as shopping centres, busy public spaces, and live events. Your job will be to create positive brand experiences through engaging promotional campaigns. You’ll act as the face of a well-known brand, ensuring customers are informed, entertained, and excited by what’s on offer.

No two days will be the same - one day you could be setting up a vibrant pop-up stall, and the next, you could be leading a promotional event. You’ll work closely with a supportive events team who share your energy and drive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setting up and managing pop-up promotional stands across a variety of public venues
- Engaging with passers-by and initiating fun, informative conversations
- Promoting services and offers in a friendly and confident manner
- Working closely with the events team to ensure brand goals are met
- Collecting customer feedback and reporting campaign insights to management

**What We're Looking For**:
We’re on the lookout for someone who is confident, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys being around people. You should be happy to work on your feet and bring energy to every shift. Previous event or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and an eye for detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly
- Comfortable working in both individual and team settings
- Willingness to travel to different event locations within Plymouth

**What’s on Offer**:

- Full training and continuous support from experienced mentors
- A chance to be part of a young, vibrant team that loves what they do
- OTE based pay, giving you the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on your performance
- Opportunities for long-term progression into senior event or brand roles

This is more than just a job - it’s an entry into an exciting world of marketing, promotions, and event-based customer engagement. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we want to hear from you.

Pay: £600.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

- Company events

Schedule:
