**Requirements of role;**
- Providing a positive and enriching living experience that achieves the best outcomes for the young people
- Supporting the young people's emotional needs
- Leading, mentoring and motivating staff teams
- Providing formal supervision and managing staff performances
- Design, implement and monitor the care and education plans
- Ensuring the smooth-running of the home within regulation requirements and guidelines
- Undertaking wider operational tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 Diploma in the Children and Young People's Workforce H&S Care Level 3 or equivalent
- Prior experience managing and leading staff teams
- Experience working within a childcare setting or with young people
- Full Driving Licence
