Clinical Administrator

Full time, temporary contract, on-going, based at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge

Monday - Friday

Job role:

- To be responsible for the bookings of complex procedures and referrals ensuring all national and local targets are met.
- Cancelling and amending clinics as directed by line manager.
- To ensure all referrals are booked appropriately and all information is ready and prepped for clinicians.
- Assist with all administration and demands of the clinics as directed.

**Skills**:

- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- High level of ability to organise and manage own timekeeping to schedule and deadlines.
- Willing to learn new skills, adapt to change and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

Desirable experience:

- Previous experience of working in a medical environment
- Working with guidelines
- Dealing with the public and customer service
- Knowledge of medical terminology
