**Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM**

**Role Overview**:
As a Line Leader, you will oversee daily operations on the assembly line, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. As a key leader on the floor, you will coordinate team activities, monitor quality standards, and uphold safety protocols to meet production goals.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- The smooth running of the production line on a shift basis.
- Ensuring that the targets are met.
- Ensuring nil downtime is achieved through a proactive approach.
- Ensuring hygiene, quality and safety standards are met.
- To set up and always manage the production lines to achieve plan.
- To organise the supply and use of all materials to the line.
- To monitor material usage ensuring no under/overweight finished product.
- Complete necessary records and paperwork.
- Keep lines clean and tidy to comply with best practice and ensure staff adhere to personal hygiene rules.
- To control, organise, train, motivate and communicate with operatives on the line.
- To ensure health and safety standards are always maintained.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience gained in manufacturing.
- Understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.
- Team Leader or Line Leader experience in a previous role

Pay: From £13.81 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
