Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the children and young people in the home and promote their independence and well-being.
- Deal with challenging behaviours when needed.
- Support taxing behaviour safely and sympathetically.
- Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare.
- Maintain accurate records of the children’s progress and report any concerns to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- **A full clean UK driving licence**:
- Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people with mental health and complex needs
- Full Flexibility to work to a rota, 2 shifts per week including sleep in
- A compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
