We Support are recruiting for **Full-time Support Workers** for our Supported Living Services in Winsford.

We provide support for adults with learning disabilities in supported living properties across Cheshire West and Greater Manchester as well as provide daily outreach support.

**Full Time Support Role -**
- **Working from a single location supporting 3 single occupancies at a supported living service in Winsford**:

- Permanent rota, supporting 3 males with learning disabilities, on a 121 basis with the support of a senior support worker and small team
- 40.50 hrs over 3 shifts & 2 sleeps per week (on average, over a 6 week rolling rota)
- Working alternate weekends
- Experience with personal care and challenging behaviours is required
- Driver Needed with Full UK licence
- To drive clients Motability vehicles
- **£27,306 yearly (Based on £11.00 p/h and sleep allowance of £45per sleep)**

**General Overview**:
Based in a properties in a hub of services in Winsford, you will have access to lots of support and training from experienced colleagues and managers. They will help you to achieve a rewarding and fulfilling career, supporting vulnerable adults to live happy and meaningful lives. You will help those you support to learn valuable life skills by doing things such as going shopping, helping them to cook their meals, or attend activities such as the cinema or bowling. Without you they would not be able to live an independent and enriched life and so you get to feel great about the care you provide and go home feeling that you have made a difference to someone’s life.

Some experience is required for this role, however, f you are a caring, compassionate and dedicated person who wants to help others, you have the skills we are looking for.

**Other Information**:

- Fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to you so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis.
- There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, as we value a healthy work life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them.
- You will have access to lots of support from great managers and opportunity to complete an NVQ.
- Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
- You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
- The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.

**Salary**: £27,306.00 per year
