Radfield Home Care (Liverpool North and Sefton) are now looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the RHC office team, based in Waterloo, Liverpool.

We are a family owned domiciliary care agency that specialise in high quality care for elderly people wishing to remain living in their own home. Radfield Home Care has an excellent reputation because we place clients at the heart of what we do. We work very closely with our clients, their families and health care professionals to support our clients in the best possible way.

**What are we looking for?**

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for connecting Radfield Home Care to the local community by highlighting the support and events available to assist Sefton to age well. The Marketing Assistant will use a mix of relevant social media platforms and have an Innovative and proactive approach to networking to ensure that new target audiences are reached and existing audiences remain engaged and interested.

In addition, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating case studies, writing and distributing newsletters, photography to support social media and PR activity whilst ensuring that National office brand guidelines, values and tone of voice are adhered to at all times.

Please note there may be an element of travelling, access to your own vehicle would be a requirement.

**What does the role involve?**
- Create marketing content plans for social activities and office events
- Create Innovative and relevant social media content Including Imagery
- Upload and schedule posts using business suite
- Capture clear and relevant photography to support all social media and PR activity
- Responsible for Canva creative’s using RHC National office templates
- Responsible for creating and supporting all Office PR Activity
- Write engaging newsletters and distribute to clients, families and care professionals
- Research relevant and interesting topics to use in monthly articles
- Encourage care / office team to get involved and share social content to make it more personable
- Collate data and information to analyse the success of social posts such as: Number of views, interactions, shares etc.
- Attend networking events as required, including: stands /exhibitions, recruitment fairs, community partnership events, volunteering & sponsorship events
- Ensure legislation and best practice compliance is adhered to at all times
