Yard Hand

**Job Title: Yardhand**

**Salary: £23,504 per annum**

**Location: Rainham**

**Hours: 40 Hours**

Flogas British Ltd are actively recruiting for a yard hand to join their site at Leeds. Reporting to the Site Manager you will be a member of the site/filling team and will support each other and work together to maintain Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinder stocks and provide an efficient turnaround of vehicles whilst maintaining health & safety standards at the site.

**Physically fit, able to work outside in all weather conditions and rotating shifts**

**The Role**
- Filling of LPG cylinders in accordance with Company standards & Codes of practice
- Ensuring cylinder filling stocks meets with supply & demand
- Loading and unloading of cylinders on vehicles and trailers
- Be active in the reporting of ‘near misses’
- Complying to Flogas Operating Procedures and Works Instructions
- Handling of heavy objects
