Therapeutic Support Worker (Children’s Service)
Location: Bilston, WV14
**Salary**: 22,000 - 24,000
Sleep ins paid at £60 with a potential of earning £26,320 - £28,320 if you completed an average of 6 sleeps ins a month.
Other Benefits: £1000 Bonus after completing Level 3 Diploma for residential
Childcare (England)
Hours: Average 40 hours per week (7.30am - 11.00pm)
Rota: 1 on 2 off
Contract: Permanent

Job Summary
This is a wonderful opportunity to start or continue your career in children's care. This position is working in our home in Bilston, Wolverhampton supporting 5 children with Learning Disabilities, some of which may have behaviours that may challenge.
Every day as a Residential Support Worker is different. You may be accompanying the children to appointments, or enabling them to follow their specific interests. Daily you will assist with personal care, complete daily records, and administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

Qualification & Experience
- Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential)
- Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (for qualified roles only)
