An exciting opportunity has arisen for a call handler within the East StaffordshireCare Coordination Centre.

The Care Coordination Centre (CCC) is a highly renowned central point of access for all community Nursing and Therapy services within the East Staffordshire Area. The team's success is widely celebrated and is being used as the blueprint for many other areas due to the high standard of care the team delivers.

The role includes working alongside an established team taking all the calls and referrals that come through our Care Coordination Centre. The centre is operational 7 days a week excluding Band Holidays, the shifts comprise of 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6 at a weekend its 9-5. The customer Contact Centre is based in central Burton and is co-located with many of the clinical services it supports which makes for a great working environment.

A local induction is provided as well as our Organisation induction.
