Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic **Window and Door Installer **looking for a new opportunity?

Bromford are seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Operative to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in a company recognized as a **Great Place to Work**.

**What we're looking for**
- A genuine all-rounder with strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of the installation of UPVC windows, composite doors and preferably hold a MTC Installers card (desirable)
- Carpentry, plastering, ceramic tiling or additional skills in plumbing would be advantageous and are desirable
- Has plenty of flexibility, as well as a proven ability to diagnose, undertake and complete window and door installations to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Has the ability to use PDA, digital tablet, or mobile device
- Is seen as a people person with excellent customer service skills
- Feels comfortable working within a social housing environment
- Has an outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
- A Full UK Driving licence

You’ll also need an enhanced DBS check (we’ll arrange this for you), and the right to work in the UK. If you have qualifications, we’ll need to see the original copies of these.

**Benefits Package**:

- £33,934.12 salary and a yearly pay review
- Performance Related Pay, based on meeting individual and company-wide targets.
