**Salary**:£12.00 per hour for days (Mon-Fri), £13.00 per hour for days (Sat-Sun), £13.00 per hour for waking nights (Mon-Fri) and £14.00 per hour for waking nights (Sat-Sun).

**About The Role**

We are currently recruiting **SUPPORT WORKERS** to work with a teenage girl who has Cerebral Palsy and complex needs, living with her family in Wigston. You will be working with our client on a 2:1 basis during the day and 1:1 during waking nights, you will also be required to support her to access the community and to ensure her complex care and welfare needs are met.

**Hours of Work**

Shifts may include:
09.00 - 17.00

13.00 - 21.00

20.00 - 07.00

**About You**

Required
- Friendly, approachable and confident
- Experience and ability to understand and deal with complex needs
- Flexible in approach to meet the needs of the client
- Full driving licence
- Non smoker

Desirable
- Experience working with complex care needs and teenagers
- Registered on the DBS update service
