Primary Tutor

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that align with educational standards and the specific learning requirements of each student.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support students’ learning journeys.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring, ideally with a focus on special education or working with children who have diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and engage students.
- Ability to educate and inspire students, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed academically.
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in educational practices.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
