**Job Title**:Mortgage Advisor

**Location**: Coventry (CV5 6SP)

**Working Hours**: Hybrid/Flexible working - 37.5 hours a week

**Salary**:Up to £27,500, depending on experience

You will work as part of a wider group of financial service advisors, and you will focus on providing professional advice on mortgages and mortgage protection policies to our clients.

**The role**:

- Advise clients on their mortgage and protection needs
- Research and maintain knowledge of mortgage and protection products and the available providers.
- Meet the regulatory aspects of the role, such as the requirements for disclosure, costs of the services and the advised products.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation relating to the Freelance Contractor and Interim Manager industry sector
- Take ownership when seeking solutions for clients, including the adjudication of the solution with the Company’s internal departments.

**What experience and qualifications are we looking for?**
- CeMAP 1, 2 & 3
- 1 years’ experience of providing advice on mortgage services and products
- Previous experience working in a compliance regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products
- High level of numeracy skills
- Strong Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
