The successful Commercial Sales Graduate Trainee will get the opportunity to develop their commercial awareness by spending time in each of the Kronospan commercial functions before ultimately progressing their careers towards regional, national and ultimatelytop Management positions.

**Commercial Sales Graduate Trainee Requirements**:

- Recent Graduate (last 2 years) who are creative and committed with brains, heart and guts
- Fantastic verbal and written communication Skills
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Strong work ethic, focused on results
- Team player who can also work well on their own initiative
