Receptionist/front of House

**Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Receptionist/Front of House. for our newly renovated 12 surgery Dental practice - located next to Wetherspoon in Ashton Under Lyne.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls
- Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
- Professional telephone manner (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail (essential)
- Excellent personal presentation (essential)
- Previous sales experience (desirable)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Responsive Customer Care**: As a Patient Service Representative your primary role will be to greet customers promptly face to face. You'll provide assistance and information with professionalism and courtesy.

**Hours ;** Minimum 32 to 39, Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 6, Fridays 8.30 to 5.
