**Job Objective**

To help provide communications support to effectively reach and engage with individuals and organisations about health, social care and wellbeing services.

**Job responsibilities**
- To help with the the company websites to ensure they contain the latest information about activities and signpost to other places that can provide support
- To help maintain and update website and social media content e.g. by publicising surveys and boosting engagement
- To use all social media channels to communicate activities and share other organisations’ relevant information - including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- To help create the company newsletters on a monthly basis that includes local and national content
- Working with the team to collate and create the annual reports
- To provide other support as requested to communicate activities and events including poster creation and marketing materials
- To liaise with Healthwatch England and other local Healthwatch to use/share best practice
- To help support and prepare meetings
- To help support projects and engagement e.g. focus groups and stands at events
- To attend outreach/engagement events as required

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

- BCS Digital Marketer Level 3
- Google Analytics IQ

The Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship will give you the skills to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.

The structured part of your apprenticeship training will be provided by JBC Skills Training. We are a specialist technical IT training provider.
You will also learn on-the-job, working alongside experienced colleagues.
