We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Aviation Security Mentor based at Belfast airport.

As an Aviation Security Mentor, you will be required to mentor Security Agents to the CAA Ground Security Operatives (GSO) syllabus. The Aviation Security Mentor will be the conduit between the station training team and the operational delivery team.

The role will require you to monitor, mentor and audit performance, providing the highest level of coaching to security agents. You will be responsible for the maintenance all the correct documentation associated with on-the-job training of staff is a key aspect of the role. A key focus of the role will be to support the Duty Managers and Supervisors to ensure training compliance is met and coaching is delivered to meet business continuity.

**Essential Skills**
- High standards of performance
- Exemplary work ethos and high delivery service levels
- Knowledge of the NASP and related directives as contained in the mandatory qualification courses
- Ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with employees, our clients and 3rd parties
- Excellent communication skills and time management.
- Ability to manage priorities and provide direction and feedback to multiple areas of the operation
- Ability to work under own initiative, making decisions
- Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
- Valid CTC clearance
