EFI is looking for a **Production Supervisor (M/F/x)** in our Bradford Production Site
The primary focus of the role is to ensure production of dispersions, inks & colourants, packed and labelled in accordance with customer demand.
The role incorporates stock management, production/dispense of inks, printing and verification of labels.
**_ Principle Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Management of a small team
- Manage the scheduling of customer requirements, resources and supplies - bottles / caps / labels / tags
- Set priority schedules depending on customer requirements
- Keeping the area clean and well organised
- Maintaining standards of health & safety, ensuring that stocks are stored safely and appropriately.
- Re-labelling/re-packing stock as required
- Print Product labels.
- The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time
**_Minimum Job Requirements:_**
- Experience of chemical production is essential, experience of têxtile, UV Ink & Wood colourants would be especially advantageous
- Man management experience/skills
- Qualified Fork lift truck driver advantageous
- Knowledge of stock management and associated systems.
- Attentive and analytical approach.
- Organisational skills with a real understanding of the importance in detail and accuracy of information.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, just in time environment
- Self starter & highly motivated
- Continuous improvement and 5S practical experience is a must
