As Bid Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Producing creative bid solutions on time and in line with client requirements.
- Submitting professional bids to existing and prospective clients.
- Developing, resourcing and managing bid programme.
- Preparing and managing tender risk registers.
- Finalising bids; supporting estimating and post-proposal reviews.
- Ensuring the company's products and services are understood and highlighted.
- Organising and leading tender launches in line with the company's strategic growth plan.
- Influencing and managing Bid Team and mentoring junior members of staff.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced construction professional with exemplary communication skills and a drive to work collaboratively and influence success. You will be a creative, innovative and resourceful individual with a thoroughcomprehension of the Scottish construction market and supply chains.
In return, you will receive:
- Competitive salary, in the range of £65,000-£75,000, depending on experience.
