PURPOSE:
Working flexibly across business areas and location to meet specific learning demand with Delivery based in Leek.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Service

- Ensure a smooth transition from scope to design, delivery and evaluation of learning solutions, ensuring they remain fit for purpose and are aligned with quality learning standards.
- Maintain LMS administration and support the end to end journey for delegates.
- Ensure that satisfaction data is captured and reported, allowing the identification of improvements to content, delivery processes or facilities.

CONTROL (Risks, Financials and Processes)
- Work to a pre-defined training design and delivery schedule, as documented in the project training implementation plan.
- Design and creation of training interventions and blended learning solutions that meet defined quality standards, effectively utilising multiple mediums such face to face workshops, self-directed learning, e-learning and other available technology, learningresources and repositories.
- Ensure training governance and material governance processes are applied to all learning solutions.
- Ensuring learning interventions are delivered to defined quality standards to ensure:

- Role specific competence is achieved for delegates around regulatory compliance, processes, systems and procedures
- Development of knowledge, skills and behaviour appropriate to role
CHANGE
- Support strategic change projects. Scoping the designing and delivering of learning solutions to support and facilitate the change.
PEOPLE/LEADERSHIP
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, peers, and delegates.
- Assume oversight for delegates and behave as a role model, hand-off to their line managers when an informal and formal discussion is required.
- Conduct Train the Trainer facilitation sessions and up-skills.
- Prioritise and plan own workload and deliver to agreed SLAs, deadlines, cost and standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential
- Strong facilitation expertise
- Training design capability
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to coach and motivate
- Demonstrates high personal credibility and behaves as a role model
- Experience in L&D related field
- Strong technical skills, knowledge and understanding of training & development
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking and ability to deal with complexity
Desirable
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience using an Learning Management System (LMS).
