**Office Angels National Accounts Team are working with a corporate client to support hosting and front of house receptionist duties within their site in Uxbridge.**

**We often receive requests for ad-hock front of house cover as well as longer term to cover for sickness, holidays, busy peeks, projects and in-house vacancies.**

Pay £10 per hour

I am seeking individuals who have experience with the following:

- Front of house / Receptionist
- Pantry and organising meeting rooms
- Delivering food/drink to visitors within corporate meetings
- Answering telephones and transferring calls
- Monitoring E-mail in-boxes
- Meeting and greeting customers who enter the buildings
- Supporting internal staff with any requests or enquiries
- Supporting with security
- checking in visitors
- General administration tasks which may include, postal support, stationary ordering, printing, taking packages e.c.t
