**The Role and the Team**
Blue Light Card Foundation is seeking a new member to join our team to support the administration of Blue Light Card Foundation’s grant-making operations. You’ll provide administrative and logístical support to the grants Function of the Blue Light Card Foundation and be a first point of contact for grant applicants as well as support the smooth running and efficiency of Blue Light Card Foundations grant-making operations. You’ll be a key part of the team, working to strengthen the Blue Light community through the delivery of Blue Light Card Foundation grant programmes.

**What You’ll Do**
- Monitor and manage the delivery of grants and projects by assessing progress reports and data returns
- Use a range of management information systems and databases to support the effective management of grants and programmes
- Data management, manipulation and evaluation to produce accurate data reports to funders and to undertake detailed data analysis to programme, performance and quality management
- Undertake funding compliance checks and due diligence processes, interpreting detailed funder requirements to ensure alignment with funding rules
- Develop and review processes to maximise efficiency, results, and levels of customer service
- Check and process claims to support financial management of programmes and contracts
- Produce accurate, high quality written reports for General Manager, Trustees, and funders
**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience updating and maintaining databases accurately
- Good organisation and time management skills, with an ability to work to multiple deadlines across several different projects at once
- Experience of undertaking due diligence process and procedure to comply with Charities commission
- Able to build strong relationships to support the management of projects and programmes
- Excellent data management skills, an ability to understand data and summarise it for various audiences
- Good IT skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
- Able to identify areas of potential improvement in your work, to continually be considering how to better support our grantees, donors, applicants, and colleagues
- Previous experience managing grant processes would be an advantage
