**What we are looking for -**

An experienced enthusiastic Care Coordinator who has preferably worked in the care industry previously. Excellent computer skills and organisational skills, as well as being able to work to deadlines and under pressure. Excellent Communication skills is required.

**Role Requirements -**

As a Care Coordinator for Novus Care, you will be primarily working in our Canvey office, hours of operations may vary but typically your hours of work would be from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Minimum of at least 6 months Care Coordinating experience.
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant preferred
- Due to the nature of the job, driving is essential for this role, the use of a motorcycle is acceptable.
- A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference.
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty.
- Great communication skills.
- Great team work skills.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Duties may include, but may not be limited to:_
- Allocating carers to their assigned service users
- Completing rotas and ensuring they are sent each week
- Maintaining excellent communication with your team and service users
- Supporting and developing care staff
- Stepping into the role as care worker when the need arises
- Managing the on call service on a rostered basis
