Having achieved 3 consecutive Outstanding grades for our last Ofsted inspections, the Loveders team prides itself in ensuring our children have access to a huge range of exciting activities and experiences provided in a loving and secure environment. Situated in a beautiful rural setting, the nursery occupies a large converted barn and cottage. We have amazing outdoor spaces of around half an acre, giving the children so many opportunities to play, explore and learn.

Our team are highly qualified and experienced and encouraged to develop themselves professionally through training opportunities and courses. Our package includes a performance related bonus scheme, workplace pension and Employee Assistance Program along with team building and social events. We have full and part time positions available.

**Responsibilities and Duties of Early Years Practitioners include**:

- Ensuring the safety and well being of the children and providing continuity of care.
- Preparation and implementation of play and educational activities in accordance with the EYFS principles to ensure they have a varied and stimulating programme of learning.
- Key person responsibilities such as planning, observing and recording the progress of your designated children and adapting activities for their individual needs.
- Working in partnership with parents, maintaining excellent oral and written communication.
- Ensuring each child maximises his or her potential.

**The ideal applicant will**:

- Love working with children, be active and enthusiastic, reliable and honest.
- Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team;
- Have at least 1 years experience working in childcare.
- Experience working with babies would be an advatange.
- It is desirable to hold a full and valid driving licence for at least 3 years and be prepared to drive company vehicles to transport children on outings or to and from school.

A DBS clearance will be required.

**Salary**: £10.15-£10.45 per hour
