We're looking for a Learning and Development Consultant (Digital Learning) to join our forward-thinking client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital learning within the organisation, ensuring the workforce has access to engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.
Location - Central Edinburgh
Hours - 36 hours a week, Monday - Friday
Duration - temporary
Pay - £17.04 per hour

About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging digital learning content using authoring tools
- Create interactive e-learning modules, animations, videos, quizzes, and infographics to enhance the learning experience.
- Work with learning management systems (LMS) to publish and manage online learning content.
- Convert traditional face-to-face training materials into blended and fully digital learning solutions.
- Ensure digital learning solutions are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices in UX/UI design.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and continuously improve them based on learner feedback and analytics.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in e-learning, instructional design, and emerging learning technologies.

About You
We're looking for someone who is innovative, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital learning. You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have experience in digital learning design and development, ideally within a corporate, public sector, or educational setting.
- Are proficient in using e-learning authoring tools
- Have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Are confident working with multimedia tools to create engaging videos, animations, and graphics.
- Have experience working with learning management systems (LMS) to upload, track, and report on learning content.
- Are creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work with different teams across the organisation.
