We are looking for a **Production Operative** to join a dynamic fabrication company based on the outskirts of Salisbury.
As the **Production Operative,** you will be working as part of a small team, and you will need the enthusiasm to help them grow their team. You will also be responsible for Goods in and out, checking and labeling goods, cutting soft materials, wrapping, and packing.
- Ideally have some manufacturing experience and carpentry knowledge.
- Be computer literate.
- Have extremely high-quality standards and output, including thorough checking of completed works.
- Understand and work to processes.
- Be working as part of a team and to deadlines.
- Be working within a Manufacturing environment.
- Have excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- Have a flexible working attitude.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/requests.
- Having a forklift license would be an advantage, but training will be given.

In your new role as the **Production operative**, you will be working 08:00 am - 16:00 pm Monday to Friday and will receive 24 days of holiday, plus bank holidays.
