**About The Role**
Duties will include:
- Be the source of receipt for all preliminary design requests in-and-out from the sales teams and track and record all designs requested and completed.
- Determine which designs should be completed inhouse and which should be completed by Tobermore external engineering consultants.
- Use AutoCAD and Tobermore bespoke software to create site-specific preliminary designs to aid the sales teams.
- Provide technical & specification support to Tobermore staff and customers (House Builders, Tier 1 Contractors, Groundworkers, Builders Merchants, Civil/Structural engineers) as required.
- Record all designs, plans/drawings, quantities and customer interaction on to Dynamics opportunity record as per the processes set out.
- Ensure Dynamics fields are accurate and assist in providing forecasting information on Retaining Wall specifications and sales.
**Required Criteria**
- Third Level education
- Experience in AutoCad design.
- Living location GB/Ireland
- Technically Minded.
- Being a team player supportive and prepared to go over and above to help.
- Excellent written communication skills and an excellent telephone manner with objection handling skills. - Be well organised, systematic & able to manage your time effectively. - High level of attention to detail.
- Be able to take the initiative and work independently to reach individual & team targets. - Play an active role in team meetings. - Being enthusiastic, confident and having a desire to succeed.
- Be able to offer improvement points and efficiencies. - Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress. - Strategic thinker.

**Desired Criteria**
- BEng Degree
- Civil Engineering experience
- Business development. Experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Full Valid UK Driving Licence
