**About the Role**

A Concierge & Driver is responsible for providing a warm welcome to Stock Exchange Hotel guests, assisting them with luggage and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay. They also ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises.

**Summary**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests at the Stock Exchange Hotel entrance
- Welcome visitors and provide directions or assistance
- Resolve visitor enquiries and complaints
- Assist hotel guests with luggage
- Inform and promote guests' hotel amenities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation, etc. upon request from hotel residents

**Essential skills and requirements**:

- A full, clean UK driver's license
- Excellent knowledge of local attractions
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Awareness of manual handling techniques
- Excellent time-management techniques
