**Position Overview**:
As a Team Member at Love Churros London, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. We are seeking individuals who are not only passionate about food and beverage, but also eager to grow with our rapidly expanding company. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, preparing and serving our delicious desserts and, if you have barista experience, crafting our specialty coffees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve our delightful desserts and beverages to customers with a smile.
- Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a strong work ethic.
- Barista experience is a bonus.
- Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow with our company.
