Your role will be mainly field based assisting with the team training and quality aspects of the business. This includes interviewing, inducting, ongoing training of team members, quality checks and coaching team to improve their processes in line with our Operating Manual. You will be required to clean in a coaching capacity, and you mustn’t be afraid to get stuck in to help the team. You will also be responsible for the team admin and supplies.
You will also require the following skills and experience:

- Full UK driving license & access to own car
- Cleaning to a high standard
- A keen eye for detail
- A positive and courteous attitude
- An energetic and efficient approach to work
- A great people person
- Experience managing a team
- Can remain calm and collected even under pressure
- Has good IT skills; as well as being confident using Microsoft word & Excel
- Can speak, read and write in fluent English
