Our cutting-edge software offers seamless digital experiences for tasks such as scheduling, legal certificates, service reminders, quotes, invoices, and estimates.
**Your Role**:
This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week in our Sevenoaks office. You'll be at the forefront of creating and executing strategies to boost brand awareness, engage the community, and drive key marketing goals. We pride ourselves on being innovators in the market, so would expect you to be able to create compelling content with your original and imaginative ideas to help our brand stand out.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- ** Content Creation**:Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) for multiple platforms, ensuring it resonates with our audience
- ** Community Engagement**:Monitor social media conversations, interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal community
- ** Account Management**:Manage and grow our social media accounts. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.)
- S**ocial Media Strategy**:Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and drive brand visibility
- ** Performance Analysis**:Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve ROI
- ** Trend Monitoring**:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and innovative
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
**Your Skills**:
- Experience in creating, implementing and managing a social media strategy
- Proven ability to grow new followers
- Proven ability to build an engaged community of followers
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities (find different ways to solve problems / achieve results)
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferably obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
