**Quantity Surveyor**
**Magherafelt**
**Salary - £50,000**
Do you have +2 years experience as a QS? Look no further for your new role. Due to continued success I am delighted to be working with an award winning construction company who are seeking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
**Duties**
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Monthly sub-contractor payment certification, agreement of variations / final accounts.
- Provide advice on contractual claims.
- Manage current workload in order that all commissions receive the relevant allocation of own time to efficiently commercially manage them.
- Monitor and control Build Costs
- Prepare activity schedules, bills of quantities in accordance with methods of measurement, presentation of tender and contract documentations, attending interviews, carrying out full tender analysis and comparisons through to preparing the recommendation report
- Other adhoc duties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £50,000.00 per year
