**Regional Sales Executive - Workwear and Washrooms Solutions
Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum, uncapped OTE circa £60k + car + benefits**
**Covering Edinburgh, Fife and Borders**A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a multi national business who provide workwear, washrooms and floor mat solutions to a wide range of different industry sectors. They are investing in their sales team to ensure they build on their market leading presenceand drive the business forward. If you're a new business focused field sales professional who enjoys a consultative sales process this could be a great career move
**The Role**:

- Selling contracted services for workwear, washrooms and floor mat supply to a variety of different markets from catering and food manufacturing to engineering and industrial sectors.
- This is a new business role and you'll be self generating your own appointments using a CRM system for lapsed clients and competitor information but also proactive networking and research.
- This is a very consultative sales role with a need to understand client's pain points and objectives.
- Covering Edinburgh, Fife and the Borders
- Working from home with visits to the office around once a month
- Full product and service training is given as well as a sales development course.

**The Person**:

- We are looking for someone with strong field sales experience where you're used to booking your own appointments and sourcing leads.
- You'll enjoy winning new business and have a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Someone who is consultative in approach and is used to selling based on service not just price would be a really good fit. Experience selling contracts for services would be great but this isn't essential.
- This is an activity based role where you'll work autonomously but be supported by a Regional Manager and be part of a team.
- You'll understand KPIs and inefficiencies and be able to talk through your current sales process confidently.

**The Package**:

- A basic salary up to £35k is available depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of around £60k
