We are looking to recruit a Team Manager - MASH Team within the Social Care industry in Northamptonshire The Team Manager - MASH Team vacancy within Northamptonshire will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstanceand your performance.Responsibilities include:Carrying out risk assessments and safeguarding proceduresLiaising with the duty social worker and team managers about new cases and open casesManaging a team of social workers and support staffDirecting and supportingreferral co-ordinators in their role to take referrals, gain info from partner agencies and keep accurate recordsMaking decisions quickly and accessing computer systems Experience preferred:Experience of working within a statutory MASH or Referral & AssessmentTeam within the UK Social Care industry.
