_A specification sales role, creating demand and securing commercial specifications for my client's leading range of exterior decorative cladding._

**Package**: Excellent basic salary + £8k car allowance, 10% bonus scheme, 9% pension, healthcare and 26 days holiday
**Territory**: South East - Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, North and East London
**Product**: Decorative cladding / Architectural façades
**Customers**: Architects, specifiers, high-rise developers, main contractors, cladding contractors and distributors

**THE ROLE - Area Specification Manager**:

- An aesthetic design led specification sales role, creating demand and securing specifications for a leading range of decorative facades and exterior cladding solutions
- Inheriting an area with a good project bank to account manage and develop
- Tracking and winning commercial projects with architects across the private and public sector
- Typically within education, healthcare, offices, leisure centres, hotels, airports, shopping centres
- Managing and following the specification process through to securing it with the contractors and specialist installers

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:

- A field sales professional with a proven track record of specification sales
- Preferably your experience has been gained with the building envelop sector
- Although this is not essential, and my client will happily receive applicants from other design led specification backgrounds
- You will also have first class communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and target led approach to solution sales
