**What you will be doing**:
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and/or autism.Whether you have experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help supportpeople lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

The service operates 24/7.Standard shifts are?12.5 hours a day, on a 0 hour contract, so you can pick and choose when you work.
**Where you will be working:**

**Location**:?20 Woodland Avenue, Wolstanston, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 8AZ

The Woodlands is a specialist community based home for 6 men living with a learning disability and or autism. Clients may also have unstable epilepsy, profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments and physical health problems. Wealso support people with genetic disorders such as Prada Willi and other conditions or syndromes based on individual needs.
